- During the visit we will encourage reuse and recycling by showing you our benches, tables and planters made with reused materials and providing you with recycling garbage cans in the tasting room.?
- We support local development by serving local products in the appetizer and using local ceramic pieces to serve it, thus avoiding the generation of plastics and, of course, we recycle the waste that is generated.

European Charter for Sustainable Tourism
The Sierra Nevada Protected Natural Area was one of the first to understand that it is not possible to maintain the values of the mountain without its preservation and care; that in these sanctuaries of biodiversity there is no other management than sustainable, there is no other tourism than ecotourism. Since 2004 Sierra Nevada has assumed its commitments to sustainable management by adhering to the European Charter for Sustainable Tourism (CETS), and since 2009 the companies that work, live, are passionate about and care for Sierra Nevada have progressively done the same. Since 2013 the destination Sierra Nevada is part of Soy Ecoturista, a nationwide network with which we share the same philosophy.2020 maca another milestone, the incorporation of the first travel agency accredited by Europarc Federation and marketing sustainable travel in Sierra Nevada.The continued work in ecotourism in the Protected Natural Area of Sierra Nevada is reflected in the renewal, up to 5 times, the CETS accreditation. We begin 2024 with the new commitments of the recently approved action plan 20024-2029, a common project with the greatest enthusiasm and participation of the companies and agents of the territory.
