- During the visit we will encourage reuse and recycling by showing you our benches, tables and planters made with reused materials and providing you with recycling garbage cans in the tasting room.?

- We support local development by serving local products in the appetizer and using local ceramic pieces to serve it, thus avoiding the generation of plastics and, of course, we recycle the waste that is generated.

Proper equipment and skills are essential

Safety is a priority in the management of the Natural and National Park. Practicing activities in the mountains requires skills and equipment according to the type of activity. In addition, in the high mountains it is essential to consult several meteorological sources before starting the activity. Let yourself be guided in the mountain, the local guides will provide you with safety, advice, material, knowledge and values. In any case, alone or accompanied in a mountain activity, you should consult the recommendations of the Protected Natural Area, know how the regulations for public use are here and be very aware of the weather forecast.

The network of marked trails

The network of marked trails is very extensive in the low and medium mountains. It is possible to find information panels and approved marks, guideposts and descriptions, as well as official tracks on the websites of the Federación Andaluza de Montaña, Diputación de Granada, and the Ventana del Visitante de la Junta de Andalucía (Visitor's Window of the Junta de Andalucía). In contrast, on the high peaks of the National Park there are no panels and the trails are only marked with stone milestones. They are clearly visible and one should not walk off these traces. Sierra Nevada volunteers work hard to maintain the trails and eliminate harmful trails. Mountaineering and alpinism already requires an extreme knowledge of the mountain range so it is even more advisable to go with expert guides.
