Payment will be made in full by POS (credit or debit card) at the time of booking.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of the booking may result in a refund of part of the money paid, depending on the time of cancellation:
- Up to 7 days before: 100% refund.
- Up to 24 hours before: 50% refund
- Less than 24h: no refund
- In the north, rain is not an impediment to do activities, otherwise we would not go out many days! For this reason, as long as we can walk with an umbrella and the rain doesn't soak us, the visit will take place. If you have any doubts as to whether the activity will take place, please ask us.
If it rains cats and dogs and the visit is not feasible, you can request to change the activity to another date if there is availability or ask for a full refund.
