Traditional recipes
We are committed to the development of meals and dishes typical of the area. Our specialty and for what we are a reference in the region is the kid in garlic sauce, as well as other dishes such as blood with ratatouille or mushrooms with ham.
You can also find sausages, chorizo and black pudding, which are still made with traditional recipes of the area.
