Our company Torre Madariaga, S.L.U is committed to conservation and local development, therefore, we carry out the following actions:

- We prepare dishes with locally sourced products, adapting menus to seasonal produce. We work with companies in the region and promote local development.
- We collaborate with and organize events with the Ekotxea environmental center (Urdaibai Biosphere Reserve), offering cuisine with traditional influences and advocating for quality, seasonal natural products.
- We minimize food waste by offering customers the option to take leftovers home or distributing them among employees and clients.
- We classify and recycle all our waste to protect the environment.
- We opt to use earthenware dishes, recycled glasses, glass jugs and cups, porcelain trays, recycled napkins, and glass bottles for txakoli and wine.

A cuisine with a traditional flavour

With a great base of vegetable garden, natural product of high quality and seasonal, as well as meats and raw materials of the area. With a philosophy of "kilometer zero", our dishes are the delight of visitors. We are located in a unique environment, in the heart of the Urdaibai Biosphere Reserve, in the Ekoetxea building.
 
Very suitable for families with children, as we have a large terrace with playgrounds, swings and a maze for the little ones. From Tuesday to Friday, we offer a menu with star products that will make you taste our land. The price of this menu is 23 euros.
 
On weekends you can enjoy a special menu that will awaken your senses. On Mondays we are closed for weekly rest day.

- Daily menu: 23€.
- Weekend menu: 39,50€.

- Hours from tuesday to thursday: 11:00h - 18:00h
- Weekend hours: 11:00h - 20:00h
- Monday: closed.

Specialty

The gastronomic proposal of our restaurant is Basque food. We recommend the pil pil cod, the sole, the antxoas and the vegan or seafood paella.
We offer a wide variety of desserts among which we recommend the cream toast, orange puff pastry and cheesecake.
