- You will learn about the singularities of the fauna, flora, geology of the Costa de Dexo-Serantes Natural Monument and the use of the territory by its inhabitants, present and past, from the hand of our fantastic and experienced local nature guides.
- The activity is designed for small groups (15 people maximum) and avoids sensitive areas, such as bird breeding areas, always walking along the designated paths and avoiding loud noises, minimizing negative impacts on the environment.
- During the activity, the visitor is informed of the importance of reducing, reusing, returning and recycling, encouraging participants to produce little waste in the activity, carrying their own water bottle and separating the waste produced. Through this accessible / adapted route, along the promenade, we will visit the left bank of the Ría del Burgo and the mouth of the river Mero. This natural area of the Biosphere Reserve Mariñas Coruñesas contains a great ornithological richness hosting about 80 different species, adding the breeding season and wintering with migratory birds. It is especially important for waterfowl.

Along the way it is very easy to observe the birds because of the proximity of the walk and because they are accustomed to human presence.
 
You will enjoy these points of interest:
- The Mero River and the medieval bridge of O Burgo.
- Juan Lembeye Nature Classroom and the trees of Galicia.
- Wintering birds in the estuary: locating the little grebe and spoonbills.
- Maritime path. Small panels describe the different birds that can be sighted.
- The human use of the marine environment and its resources: shellfishing, fishing, recreational sports ....
- The coastal landscape of the estuary, the marsh and its flora.

During our tour of the Ría del Burgo, in the town of Culleredo, you will have the opportunity to discover a surprising diversity of birds associated with a space influenced by the tides, shallow with silty and sandy bottoms, where many waterfowl come to rest and feed.

You can relax listening to the melodious and pleasant calls of the birds, observing their shapes and varied colors. Birds as interesting and unique as herons, egrets, kingfishers, the little grebe, pintails, sandpipers, sandpipers, stonecroppers, archibebes, oystercatchers, curlews, spoonbills, various gulls.
 
Enjoy a route guided by an expert in heritage interpretation who will accompany us on our tour and help us discover the valuable bird population and human uses of this coastal Natural Area in a fun and entertaining way.

Booking conditions

Payment will be made by bank transfer, 20% of the total amount of the reservation will be required at the time of booking.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation of the booking may result in a refund of part of the money paid, depending on the time of cancellation:

- Up to 2 weeks before: 75% refund.
- Up to 1 week before: 50% refund.
- During the last 7 days: No refund.

- Partial cancellations (cancellation of any of the contracted places) will not be refunded.
