Booking conditions
In order to make a reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation must be paid in advance,
Up to 30 days before the arrival date, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.
It is required 100€ of deposit that will be returned if the state of the house is in perfect conditions, as well as its delivery, it is not included in the advance to reserve, it is a separate amount.
The time of the entrance will be from 17.00h and the exit before 10.00h.
It is also convenient to know that some rules must be respected inside the house.
Rules of Internal Regime:
This apartment is intended only for accommodation, so it is forbidden to hold or organize parties in it.
It is not allowed to lodge in the apartment more people than those specified in the reservation contract and it is not allowed to invite to the house (both in interior and exterior areas) people not included in the reservation.
The tenants commit themselves to maintain an appropriate behavior to coexist in good relations with the neighbors, not to make noise inside or on the terrace of the apartment that could disturb the neighbors, as well as to use the communal parts with great care, especially in terms of noise and conservation of facilities.
No pets or animals are allowed.

If there is any breakage or damage, the costs will be charged to the amount given as a deposit.
