We can start with the villages at the bottom of the valley of Sobrescobio, such as Soto de Agues (beginning of the famous Ruta del Alba), or Villamorey, (from where you will reach the Torrexón, a key piece in the history of the council); or those that climb the mountains, such as Ladines, at the foot of Cuyargayos, one of the most appetizing peaks of the Park and with views? that you can not miss!Rioseco, capital of the council of Sobrescobio, is where La Casa del Agua is located and offers all the services you may need during your stay: gas station, bank, pharmacy, doctor, telecentre, store, restaurants,? And speaking of capitals, La Polina, the first capital of the council, peculiar where there is, and from where you can access one of the bird watching points over the Rioseco reservoir, and Anzó, which, although you may not see it at first sight, you will surely taste it, because in this area of the council there are two of the most traditional restaurants of the Natural Park of Redes.

If we follow the AS-17 road towards the Tarna pass, we enter the council of Caso, which gives the Park the source of the Nalón river, high mountain landscapes and a group of villages like something out of a fairy tale:From Tanes you will be fascinated by its popular architecture and its Collegiate Church, La Colegiata de Santa María La Real, declared of Cultural Interest and one of the best examples of Asturian rural church of the Modern Age; Not far away you will see perched Abantru, which is part of the Tercia de Tañes along with Tanes and Prieres ; another historical Tercia, the one formed by Bueres, Gobezanes and Nieves, villages undoubtedly with a marked Casino personality.
