Upon entering, you are greeted by a spacious living room with an integrated kitchen. The separating bar creates an open and fluid environment, perfect for sharing moments with family or friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, so you can prepare your favorite dishes without complications.
With a large garden located a unique space where you can enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the natural environment.
The living room is divided into three well-defined areas:
-Entrance: A practical space with umbrella stand, chest and hanger to leave your things when you arrive.
-Work area: A quiet corner with desk and chair, ideal for working or studying.
-Library: A cozy space with a small library where you can discover the culture, fauna and flora, traditions and literature of Asturias.
-To the left of the living room is the sitting room. Comfortable leather sofas for three and two people invite you to relax by the fireplace. A TV and DVD video are waiting for you to enjoy movies, series or board games in company.
Relaxation and privacy on the upper floor
Climb the stairs and discover four bedrooms, two doubles and two singles, all with 135 cm beds that can be converted into doubles if needed. Two full bathrooms, one of them en suite, offer you privacy and comfort.
Charming decoration
Each room has a unique and personal decor, with common elements that create a warm and cozy atmosphere. Antique ceiling lamps, antique furniture and the original stone on some walls create a rustic and rural style that will transport you to another era.

Among the mountains of the Natural Park of Redes, in a corner of the Asturian paradise, you will find this destination for your rural vacations: La Xamoca ATR. Four apartments for independent use located in the charming village of Campiellos: the perfect place to enjoy, surrounded by nature, the tranquility and relaxation you deserve.
The rural apartments of the Xamoca preserve the architectural style of the original building; wood and stone take center stage in a construction respectful of the environment that welcomes it. The interiors of each apartment have their own personality, being cozy and comfortable. On the first floor, the protagonist is undoubtedly the fireplace located in the living room; on the second floor, the terrace-balcony overlooking the valley floor and the mountains, invite us to enjoy.
The Xamoca is an emblematic peak of the Natural Park of Redes, whose ascent begins next to our apartments. Each one reminds us with its name a place on the way.
Hiking, mountaineering, cycling or the well-deserved rest are easily achievable if you stay in the Natural Park of Redes. Fauna and flora are especially rich.

Tierra del agua
The Centro De Ecoturismo Tierra Del Agua is surrounded by mountains and is located in the quiet village of Caleao, in Asturias, Spain.
Hotel with a total of 14 suites and independent homes, the apartments are divided into three categories: Tierra del Agua Homes, three suites of between 100 and 80 m² for 4 people; a Family Suite, a duplex of 70 m² for 4 people; and ten Junior Suites of between 30 and 35 m² for two people.
Decorated with the flavor of a Nordic design mountain lodging, beds dressed with exquisite cotton fabrics, and wonderful views of the Caleao Valley.
This charming accommodation in Caleao is very complete and has a restaurant where you can taste Mediterranean and Asturian dishes made with local products.

Los Riegos - Rural Tourism in the Heart of Redes Natural Park
Los Riegos is a Rural Tourism establishment located in the center of the Redes Natural Park, in the small village of Belerda. We offer a rural house with rooms for rent (Bed and Breakfast), surrounded by a garden and situated on the outskirts of the village, and 2 rural apartments for full rental, located in a small recently renovated house in the village center.
In the rural house, we have 7 double rooms, all with private bathrooms, each decorated differently with great attention to detail and the comfort of our guests. In some rooms, we can add an extra bed. Ask us. The house features a living area with a fireplace and a well-stocked library with information about the area and Asturias in general, a dining room, an exterior gallery, a garden with furniture, and parking within the property.
For guests staying in the rural house, we provide breakfast (included in the room price) and dinners exclusively for guests (with a set menu and by reservation), based on traditional cuisine with our unique touch, always using high-quality products, preferably from our garden and the local area.
Regarding the fully rented rural apartments, each is about 40 m² with a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a kitchen, and a terrace or patio and garden. Breakfast is not provided in the apartments. The sofa bed is located in the living room.
We are about 500 m from the main road AS-117 (Avilés-Puerto de Tarna) with good access.
We are biologists and knowledgeable about the Redes Natural Park and Asturias in general, so we can help you plan your excursions and outings tailored to your tastes, preferences, weather conditions, and time of year.
PETS: We only allow pets in the fully rented apartments (we charge an extra cleaning fee), but NOT in the rural house with rooms for rent.
