Olive oil is part of the ancestral Mediterranean culture. It has accompanied throughout history as food, source of light, remedy for ailments and diseases, and even as an element present in religious rituals. In this experience all its secrets are revealed.
The guide, an agricultural engineer, head of the tasting panel and expert taster, shows how to distinguish a quality oil. Participants get to know the different varieties of olive oil and learn to identify all its nuances and aromas. A real pleasure for the senses.
Attendees will taste like true professionals the two varieties of the area. In addition, they will test their olfactory skills through a small game. And, of course, they will discover how to get the most out of extra virgin olive oil both for health and in the kitchen. Olive oil contains the most powerful vegetable antioxidant known.
Aimed at those who are looking for a professional tasting with rigorous information, fun and accessible to all, and a close treatment in a small group, this experience is the ideal choice.

- This activity, oriented to adults and children who can read and write fluently, may be difficult for young children. Please consider this before booking, and if you think your child will be relaxed during the activity, we will be happy to welcome you, so that you can all enjoy this sensory experience.
- If you need reading glasses, don't forget them, because you will need them in the tasting room.
- If you come to Cazorla by car, remember that it is difficult to park near our tasting room, which is located in the historic center. We recommend that you come with plenty of time and use some of the free public parking lots available, such as the one at the Villa Turística de Cazorla (location) or the paid parking lot at the Plaza de Andalucía (location).
- If you intend to attend with your pet, please consult with us, so that we can transfer it to the rest of the participants. If none of them has any inconvenience and your pet can stay calm during the activity, we will be happy to receive you.
