Half of the territory is protected by the Natural Park of Fuentes del Narcea, Degaña and Ibias and our "crown jewel" is the Integral Natural Reserve of Muniellos, a dream forest. A scenario in which tourism development is obliged to be respectful with the environment.

When you travel to the Natural Park of Fuentes del Narcea, Degaña and Ibias you are entering a world of ancient forests and villages anchored in time. One of the best preserved and most unknown areas of Asturias. A vast region on the borders with Galicia and León, home to the most emblematic fauna of the Cantabrian mountain range, rich in traditions and with the proverbial Asturian hospitality.
