The most traditional Cazorla

The Zabaleta Balcony, one of the most photographed images by visitors to the natural park, is the hallmark of this restaurant. From its windows or from its terrace, located in the viewpoint itself, the true dimension of the mountains is understood, in a landscape that summarizes the history of the territory, from the Middle Ages to the geology of the natural park.

In this privileged environment there will be a tasting of regional products accompanied by a pairing of wines and beers of the area, followed by traditional dishes of spoon and typical recipes that, for its authentic character and its careful craftsmanship. In addition, there is the possibility of visiting the local producers of the products previously tasted in the afternoon.

This experience is designed to discover and enjoy the flavors of Jaén, where their origin and elaboration process will be explained, interpreting the experience through local flavors. The menu consists of a minimum of six dishes, among which you can find proposals such as deer loin with garlic potatoes, rinrán, black pudding boiler, stew of bush meat or trout with ham, among others.
