Our certificates:
Our ecotourism commitment:

- You will learn about our plantations and local varieties, along with the importance of preserving and replanting with them. In addition, from August to January you will be lucky enough to taste all the local table grape varieties in our traditional vineyard, built with recovered and reused materials...

- The activity is designed for small groups, minimizing negative impacts on the environment and providing a better attention to visitors....

- During the visit we will encourage reuse and recycling by showing you our benches, tables and planters made with reused materials and providing you with recycling garbage cans in the tasting room.?

- We support local development by serving local products in the appetizer and using local ceramic pieces to serve it, thus avoiding the generation of plastics and, of course, we recycle the waste that is generated.

Festivals for all tastes and seasons

If you are those who prefer to find popular festivals during your visit it is also possible to find them in the four seasons of the year and in all the regions. Spring, of course, offers beautiful scenes of Easter and various festivals of local produce and gastronomy, the month of May opens with the wine fair in Laujar de Andarax, summer is the time of the cherry festival in Güéjar, the incredible New Year's Eve in Bérchules, the pilgrimage of the Virgen de las Nieves and other events of music, poetry or theater. Autumn is the time to take advantage of the offers and activities of the Sierra Nevada Ecotourism Festival and the celebration of autumn fruits, especially chestnuts, very common throughout Sierra Nevada. Even in winter there are spectacular moments where all the inhabitants participate in theatrical recreations of "Moors and Christians", in the traditional carnival festivities or in the candelaria.
