- We work with all types of customers, mainly children and families or groups, trying to transmit our gastronomy, culture and ways of working so that they are not lost in time.

At Casa do Queixo de Grixalba we invite you to live an authentic ecotourism experience in a fully restored old barn, whose special atmosphere is created through the use of traditional elements such as stone and exposed wooden beams.
Our space, located in the Mariñas Coruñesas Biosphere Reserve, includes a bar-shop where you can buy selected products and visit both the farm and the house-museum that will captivate young and old alike. We offer a different gastronomic experience for every season of the year: autumn, winter, summer, and even a special Easter menu.
We have two different and very complete proposals, as well as a menu adapted to the youngest of the house. In our restaurant you can enjoy tastings of various cheeses, typical dishes such as: Galician broth, baked pork shoulder and a range of assorted desserts.
We also create personalized menus for celebrations according to your preferences. The opening hours are from Monday to Sunday, but always with previous reservation to guarantee the best experience.
Types of menus per person:
- Children's menu: 7€.
- Seasonal menu: 15€.
- Tasting menu: 35€.
Date and time:
- From March to November (both included).
- From 11:00h to 20:00h.
At Casa do Queixo de Grixalba we have a homemade gastronomic proposal, in which we use products from our own garden and farm.
The offer varies according to the time of the year, a clear example that we use seasonal products for the elaboration of our traditional dishes. The veal with cheese.
