There will be a tasting of regional products accompanied by a pairing of wines and beers from the area. Afterwards, traditional dishes will be served which, due to their authentic character and careful preparation, are not usually found in conventional restaurants. Among them are proposals such as lamb fritters, trout temaki or andrajos, where traditional cuisine is fused with contemporary techniques, giving rise to creative elaborations full of personality.
This gastronomic proposal is defined by a very marked signature cuisine, in which the chef expresses his culinary identity, creating in each dish a dialogue between the gastronomy of his native Galicia and the deepest flavors of the Sierra de Cazorla.
This experience is designed to discover and enjoy the flavors of Jaén in all their essence. In addition, there is the possibility of visiting the local producers of the products previously tasted in the afternoon, where their origin and elaboration process will be explained, interpreting the gastronomic experience through the local flavors. The menu consists of a minimum of six dishes.
