At El Duende del Fuego, we are committed to preserving biodiversity and promoting local development in La Palma.
Our reimagined conceptual cuisine prioritizes locally sourced products from La Palma producers, supporting the local economy and reducing the carbon footprint of transportation.
1. Locally sourced and organic products
We control quality from local production to the final dish, using organic coffee, whole grain breads made from organic grains, and homemade sausages to promote La Palma's agricultural sector.
2. Support for local producers
We promote a network of suppliers on the island, such as locally sourced fruit, vegetables, meat, and fish, contributing to rural development and the conservation of the La Palma landscape.
3. Healthy and sustainable cuisine
We offer gluten-free, lactose-free, and common allergen-free menus, adapted to all audiences with fresh, seasonal ingredients, minimizing waste and promoting responsible habits.
