A delicious trip from the Cantabrian Sea to the table
The fishing tradition of anchovies and tuna in Bermeo led to the appearance of its now famous canneries. And beware! They are more than just factories. They combine gastronomy and tradition.
In this visit we will tell you the history of the Arroyabe cannery, the grandfather Rufino, to later learn about the elaboration process from cooking and manual cleaning to packaging and storage.
At the end, a delicious tasting of their products awaits you.
