At La Tasca Restaurant, we are proud to contribute to biodiversity conservation and local development. We value and respect our natural environment, and strive to provide an authentic and responsible dining experience. To achieve this, we carry out a series of fundamental actions:

- We collaborate with actions promoted from Las Loras Geopark, which support both the conservation of geo and biodiversity and the sustainability of the territory (activities such as Geovolunteering)
- We provide tourist information about Las Loras Geopark and the Hoces del Alto Ebro and Rudrón Natural Park, and highlight recommendations of local businesses on our bulletin board. This seeks to support local entrepreneurs and promote the economy of the area, encouraging sustainable and responsible tourism
- We support local commerce by incorporating ingredients from the area in our dishes, whenever possible. We use honey, vegetables, potatoes, bread, meats and fruits such as apples and cherries from local suppliers, thus promoting local production and the short supply chain. We maintain a constant schedule throughout the year, with the aim of offering a continuous and quality service to both tourists and local people. We recognize the importance of bars as meeting and gathering places, especially in areas with significant depopulation.

Welcome to Mesón La Tasca, the restaurant that will conquer your palate with a journey to our customs and traditions! Our menu invites you to enjoy a traditional culinary experience, where tradition merges with flavor. We are proud to highlight our commitment to sustainability in Las Loras Geopark. By preferring to use local and seasonal products, we not only contribute to the well-being of the planet, but also ensure that each dish is an authentic expression of the land. We use natural ingredients sourced from local producers, ensuring freshness and quality in every dish.

- Daily menu: 14€/person</p>
<p>- Weekend special menu: 17€/person.

The menu includes

DAILY MENU:
- first course, second course and dessert (including homemade)
- water, wine and homemade.
The dishes change every day, and there will be at least 3 different first and three second courses. Among the first ones there is usually a legume dish, and the others vary depending on the time of the year, from soup or salad, rice or potato dishes, vegetable purees, or many others. Among the main courses there are several meat options, and usually a fish. In many occasions vegetable lasagna (with meat). And if you let us know in advance we prepare menus adapted to different needs, celiac, vegetarian, etc.

SPECIAL MENU:
- first course, second course and dessert (among them are included homemade).
- water, wine and homemade.
Like the daily menu, the dishes are changing every day and vary depending on the season, there will be at least 3 first and three different seconds. They are products of higher value as entrecote, secret and in general a fish. Among the first ones there are usually chickpeas with tripe, ensaladilla in summer.

Open all year round except Thursdays, lunch hours: 1:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
