Great fossils and wild cliffs seen from the sea

In this visit we will know the black flysch, the oldest flysch of the Basque Coast Geopark, and therefore, the most complex to observe and study.
We will visit in Mutriku, the Nautilus Interpretation Center with its interesting collection of fossils. This small center houses one of the most important paleontological collections in the world, fossils collected by J.M. Narvaez for more than 30 years.
Afterwards, we will depart by boat to the beach of Saturraran to discover the cliffs where these fossils were found, the place where the characteristic black flysch of this coast is found. Before us opens the area of Siete Playas, a hidden place where the forces of nature dominate and that keeps many secrets to tell.
