We are committed to the environment and work towards sustainable tourism.
That is why we are taking measures in this direction. More information
- We are in a privileged natural environment that we want to preserve, and in a rural area that, like most, suffers from depopulation and lack of opportunities. Aware of this, we work to reduce the impact of our activity on the natural environment, while positively impacting the economy and society of the villages.
- Our food is local, homemade and seasonal. We buy the best products of the region directly from the producers and the rest of the purchase from stores and distributors in nearby towns.
- We belong to the quality brand Ávila Auténtica, to the Association Vinos de Cebreros, to the association of companies Triple Balance SANNAS and we are certified in the European Charter for Sustainable Tourism.
- In the environmental aspect we use renewable energies to generate electricity and hot water, we have a recharging point for electric vehicles, we use cleaning products with Ecolabel seal and recycled paper in the kitchen, toilets and office, we recycle waste and compensate the small carbon footprint we generate in projects of replanting burned areas in the Iruelas Valley.
