Join us on a journey through the sea of olive trees: the most complete experience.

This company and the people who created it have sunk their roots deep in the Sierra and in the forest ways of life. Its origin is closely linked to the territory and to a way of life marked by the olive grove and tradition.

The experience leads visitors to the centuries-old olive trees of the Sierra de Cazorla, where they can walk among trunks twisted by the passage of centuries and by the hands that, generation after generation, have worked them to harvest their fruits. The tour allows visitors to enjoy a unique landscape in the world and immerse themselves in the culture of the olive grove, while unveiling the secrets that have made this tree one of the most mythical.

The visit continues in the facilities of one of the most modern and largest olive mills in the world, where the process of making extra virgin olive oil is shown. During the tour, the critical points that must be taken care of in order to obtain an oil of the highest quality are explained. This is a unique experience, guided by a specialist agronomist with more than 20 years of experience in the sector.

Finally, participants are provided with official tasting material to test their senses as authentic tasters, tasting two varieties of oil. They learn to value the positive attributes of olive oil and to identify the defects to be avoided at the time of purchase.

In addition, they discover how to get the most out of extra virgin olive oil both for health and in the kitchen. Olive oil contains the most powerful vegetable antioxidant known.
