We are in the town of El Espinar, on the route of the Black Architecture Villages of Guadalajara in the Natural Park of the Sierra Norte de Guadalajara, at the foot of the Ocejón and within the Natura 2000 Network Sierra de Ayllón.
Slate house following the characteristic construction of the area, warm and cozy atmosphere. We have paid special attention to the different decoration in each of the rooms.
It has 2 floors with 6 double rooms, all with bathroom. On the first floor there is a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave etc. . There is also a room adapted for people with mobility problems. Pets are allowed on request.
We leave towels, personal hygiene and cleaning products at the disposal of our guests.
We have free Wifi. There is space in front of the house to park cars.
Outside there is a large garden in two different areas, with barbecue and several tables. Outside the house there is an area with swings and games in common with the village.
We leave firewood for the fireplace.
Ideal house for groups of families or friends who want to spend a few days immersed in nature in a small and quiet village. Numerous routes in the surroundings by beautiful landscapes.
Booking conditions
The reservation of the house will be made effective by paying a deposit of 30% of the total amount by bank transfer at the time of booking. If after 72 hours the transfer has not been received, the reservation will be cancelled and the dates will be free.
Upon arrival at the house the rest of the reservation will be paid by credit card or cash. Bizum is not accepted.
If canceled 30 or more days in advance the full amount of the deposit will be refunded.
Between 15 and 30 days in advance, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
With less than 15 days notice, there is no refund regardless of the reason for cancellation.
These conditions may be revoked if the house is rented on the cancelled dates.
