At Agroturismo Izarrate we are deeply committed to the conservation of ecosystems, traditions and local culture. For five years we have been working closely with the Basque Seed Network in the recovery of the Apellániz chestnut grove, selecting the most interesting varieties of chestnuts and grafting them for subsequent planting in our environment or distribution to interested persons. 2 hectares of chestnut grove have been recovered with more than 100 specimens and twelve varieties of chestnuts. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ST1yDYq1XBsLa Montaña Alavesa offers a variety of fruit that should be preserved and transmitted to future generations. Singular centennial building of masonry and oak structure.

It is divided into three independent apartments: Bengara, Elestara and Goikara.

Bengara: occupies the lower floor, accessible at level 0. It consists of a 41 m2 living-dining-kitchen area (refrigerator, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, 65-inch television, play station 4) with a sofa-bed option.
Double room of 19 m2 with the option of an extra bed. Bathroom 7 m2.
Individual pellet heating.
Sleeps up to 5 people.

Elespara: occupies the second floor. It consists of living-dining room-kitchen 38 m2 (refrigerator, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, television 65 inches, play station 4) with option of sofa-bed). Two double bedrooms of 16 m2 each, with the option of two extra beds. Two bathrooms.
Individual pellet heating.
Sleeps up to 8 people.

Goikara: occupies the second and third floors. It has a living-dining room-kitchen of 35 m2 (refrigerator, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, 65-inch TV, play station 4) with the option of a sofa-bed. Two double rooms of 17 m2 each, with the option of two extra beds. A double room of 90 m2 with the option of two extra beds. Two bathrooms.
Individual pellet heating.
Up to 12 people.

Large terrace with views of the valley of Arraia and Sierra de Entzia. Area of armchairs and tables, where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner outdoors. Barbecue.

Booking conditions

In those reservations that are made 72 hours before the entrance to the establishment, the client will have to pay 100% at the time of confirming the reservation, except in those establishments that do not admit advance payments. When the reservation is made in person at the Nekatur office, payment shall be made in cash, or by providing the customer's credit card details so that the owner can collect the advance payment or keep it as a guarantee, depending on the conditions of the establishment in question.
The reservation shall not be effective until the advance payment has been made according to the conditions stipulated by each establishment and confirmation of the reservation has been received from the head office.

The payment of the deposit will be made according to the forms admitted by each establishment and in those that are made through bank transfer to the number indicated by Nekareservas, the operation will indicate the name of the person who has made the pre-reservation. The outstanding amount must be paid to the owner or manager of the accommodation at the time of presentation of the invoice.

In the event that the establishment accepts the card as a guarantee, in case of cancellation, it will have the right to retain the percentage of the advance payment corresponding to what is stated in these regulations.

The deposit that will be requested will be the following (percentage of the total reservation):

- 1 night or extension of reservation: 100% of the total services reserved.
- Stays of 2 days or more - 50% of the total services reserved.
- Stays with a check-in date less than 72h: 100% of the total services reserved.
In those establishments that request the deposit of the deposit and it is not made within the agreed period (48 hours), the pre-reservation will expire and will be cancelled.

The payment of the rest of the reservation will be paid directly at the accommodation at the end of the stay or at the entrance (in case it is indicated in the internal rules of the accommodation).

In the exceptional case that the reservation is for one night, the deposit will be 100% of the reservation including VAT.

The client is totally and exclusively responsible for making the correct declaration of the total number of people that will occupy the accommodation. The owner or NEKARESERVAS may legally refuse to admit or evict other people who have not been declared.

In the reservations made through Nekareservas only the offers indicated in the pre-reservation document sent to the client will be applicable. The rest of the offers of the accommodation published on the Nekatur web page may be applied in the same accommodation if applicable. Nekatur shall not be held responsible for the application of such offers.

The customer shall be subject to the particular uses and prescriptions of the accommodation whose services he/she enjoys or hires, and in particular to the internal rules and regulations, if any.

The client is responsible for the accommodation he/she occupies and its contents, and is expected to keep it clean and tidy. Any damage shall be at the client's expense and the corresponding costs shall be paid by the client.

In particular, the client must refrain from activities that may cause damage or inconvenience to other tourist users or any other persons who may be affected.

The client is obliged to pay at the moment of the presentation of the invoice or substitute document of the price of the reserved services without, in any case, the fact of presenting a claim exempts the client from the mentioned payment.

The processing of personal data for the provision of this service will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy and Data Protection.

MODIFICATIONS OF RESERVATIONS:

It will be possible to make a modification to extend the stay as long as the accommodation has availability. In this case, the price to be paid will be recalculated according to the current rates, the extension of the reservation will be made and confirmed once the requested advance payment has been made.

In those cases in which the owner agrees, a change of dates and/or services may be negotiated. In case that the owner is in agreement and I do not suppose him/her any damage, a partial cancellation of the reservation could also be made (reduction number of nights, people, etc.) In case that he/she is not, the client will be in the obligation to pay the total of the contracted one from a beginning. In no case it will be possible to reduce the number of days of the reservation without the owner's approval.

If a client is not satisfied with the service offered, he/she should contact the owner or, failing that, our office as soon as possible. In this way it will be possible to clarify things during their stay.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
It will be possible to make a modification to extend the stay as long as the accommodation has availability. In this case the price to be paid will be recalculated according to the current rates, the extension of the reservation will be made and the reservation will be confirmed once the requested advance payment has been made.

In case of cancellation of a reservation, a percentage of penalty is applied, with respect to the deposit, depending on how far in advance the reservation is cancelled. All the expenses derived from the cancellation are charged to the client (transfer commission, etc.).
