At Casa Rural Legaire Etxea, we are committed to the conservation of biodiversity and local development in Ibarguren and Aras Aitzgorri Park. To achieve this, we carry out several actions, among which we highlight: -The names of the five cabins are dedicated to species present in the mountains of Maraña and Montaña de Riaño: the wolf, vulture, capercaillie, bear and chamois, thus getting to revalue the native fauna of the area and inform the customer about the current problems.We carry out forest plantations of native species in an extension of rustic erroneous and in the garden area of our facilities, in this way we contribute to the regeneration of native flora and the conservation of the landscape - As a settled family, we actively participate in joint initiatives with other establishments of Montaña de Riaño through our association of businessmen. We work collaboratively to promote local development, boost sustainable tourism and strengthen the economy in the area.

Legaire Etxea is located in Ibarguren and features a garden, terrace and free Wi-Fi throughout. Several stores and restaurants are 500 meters from the property.
The rural house has 6 rooms, each room has piped music, television, central vacuum, bathroom.
Legaire etxea has large common areas, such as a large living-dining room with television, fireplace and barbecue, with access to the garden with a beautiful fig tree that provides shade. Complete kitchen, communal bathroom, all adapted for handicapped people. Its rooms are fully equipped with individual bathrooms, plasma TV, DVD, piped music, wifi and heating, we also have a crib.
The cottage is in a natural environment, on one side is the aratz aizgorri remarkable the caves of the leze. On the other side the natural park of urbasa and as remarkable the waterfalls of the nozzle.
The rural house Legaire etxea is for 11 people. It has capacity for 16 people adding five extra beds.
Pets are allowed.
Booking conditions
-CONTRACT OF THE CUSTOMER-OWNER RESERVATION CONDITIONS-.
The owner of the establishment is obliged to make the contracted stay available to the client on the agreed date and in the agreed manner, after sending the booking receipt, in accordance with the following conditions:
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
Once The Client has made the reservation will proceed to a charge of 30% on the card that the client has left as a guarantee. The total amount will be charged at least 1 day before arrival.
* Electric car charge 10€ per day for 12 hours maximum, to be paid on arrival at the establishment.
MODIFICATION OF THE RESERVATION:
Booking modifications will be attended as long as such modification is announced in time and in a way that does not alter the remaining reservations that the house has for those dates. Both parties must agree, and a new reservation voucher will be sent, for any type of modification please contact us at this number 607 54 79 16.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
If you cancel or modify the reservation up to 30 days before the arrival date, the establishment will not charge. If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, the establishment will charge the full amount of the stay.
If you do not show up, without prior notice, you may be penalized with 100% of the amount of the reservation and you will not be allowed access to our accommodation on future occasions.
