Wines with history", in which we will follow in the footsteps of wine, making a complete visit to our vineyards and winery, where centuries of culture and the passion of a family dedicated to wine from the 50's to the present merge. From the old vineyards to the modern ones, we will know the different types of native grapes, soils, cultivation techniques, discovering a singularity of Asturias: the landscape of the heroic vineyard. In the winery, we will discover the winemaking processes and the tools used. The experience will culminate with a commented tasting of two wines with Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) Cangas from the family's own winery, paired with local products.
