266462Traditional Galician cuisine featuring locally sourced ingredients at Adega Sidrón<p>A small family-run restaurant built in the house’s former stables, located in Pieiga (municipality of Negueira de Muñiz, Lugo), in the heart of the Navia River Valley, within the Río Eo, Oscos, and Terras de Burón Biosphere Reserve. Seating for 20 guests in the indoor dining room; features a terrace and private parking.<br><br>The entire menu features traditional home-style cooking using local and seasonal ingredients: meat (organic veal, Negreira lamb), locally grown vegetables, and wines from Adega Sidrón—the family’s own winery, with three hectares of vineyards planted with native varieties in Pieiga and an annual production of 6,000–8,000 bottles, certified under the IXP Terras do Navia designation.<br><br>The owners, Javier Sanromán and Rosa Sanromán, opened Casa Sidrón in 2013, coinciding with the family winery’s transition to professional operations.
