In the price of the programs and activities is included the assistance insurance with coverage in cases of illness and accidents. Likewise, Nómadas del Pirineo has the corresponding Civil Liability Policy for third parties with the coverage and amounts required by the regulatory decrees of the sector.

To practice canyoning it is important not to have vertigo and not to suffer any disease or injury incompatible with the activity.
There are some canyons in the Pyrenees that only carry water after rains and the rest of the time you can descend without getting wet and getting cold, they are ideal for colder seasons, although they can be done throughout the year.

Instructions when buying a gift voucher
Our gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed for as long as there is availability within this period. After this time, the voucher will have no value and will be cancelled.
Upon purchase you will receive two vouchers, one with the redemption code and the other voucher (without amounts) that you can send as a gift with a personalized dedication to the person of your choice.
Booking conditions
- Payment will be made by POS (credit or debit card) at the time of booking. The rest on arrival at the activity in cash please.
Cancellation policy
-You will pay the management fees, consisting of 10% of the total amount of the booking, if the cancellation is made once the activity has been contracted. And 60% within forty-eight hours prior to departure.
-Failure to show up on the date and time indicated by Nómadas del Pirineo will imply the obligation of the client to pay the full amount of the booking.
-If the activity is suspended for safety reasons such as bad weather, we will try to provide an alternative with another similar activity or if we are unable to do so, the reservation fee will be refunded.
-In the case of not being able to come due to illness and wanting to recover the amount without the 10% (administration fee), a doctor's certificate must be presented.
-In the event that a traveller has contracted an activity and is affected by the specific restrictions of movement established as a result of the declaration of the state of alarm, the traveller has the right to terminate the contract before the start of the activity without paying any penalty and is entitled to a full refund of any payments made, but not to any additional compensation.
-In the event that once on site and before the start of the activity someone is unwell with symptoms compatible with Covid-19, this person will not be able to do the activity and will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid. Neither will their group or family unit be able to do so.
