We are committed to the environment and work towards sustainable tourism.
That is why we are taking measures in this direction. More information
- With this activity, we respectfully showcase one of the last laurel forests on the planet. The place where the island earned its title as a "World Biosphere Reserve."
- The activity is designed for small groups and avoids the most sensitive areas, contributing to the conservation of a unique environment and minimizing negative impacts on the environment.
- Our local guides interpret the natural environment and its importance for the island's population.

In the northeast of the island lies one of its most impressive ravines, covered by what is undoubtedly one of the best-preserved laurel forests: Cubo de la Galga.
After the hike (6 km circular route, medium-low difficulty) through giant ferns, thick moss, and giant laurels, which can be slippery at times, we will rest at a viewpoint while enjoying the view of the lush vegetation, the coast, and the sea.
Then we will head to the picturesque village of San Andrés and take a coastal walk to the beautiful natural pools of Charco Azul, where we will end the excursion with a refreshing swim in its crystal clear waters. For those who wish, we will do a tasting at one of the last traditional rum factories in the Canary Islands (with a shop and located next to Charco Azul).
