Designed to complement other visits and/or experiences, it is an interpretive tour in which we will approach the Asturian rural world focusing on two of the most relevant aspects of it, the peasant world and cider. This activity is designed for small groups, maximum of 15 people, in order to get to know and interact with each of them and so that no one is left out of the explanations, to know first hand the process of elaboration of the most traditional drink in Asturias, facilitating the knowledge through experience, since we will actively participate in certain processes.

In our route, of less than 6 km, we will visit two of the most beautiful villages of the P.N. of Redes such as Soto de Agues and Ladines. We will follow the old road that joins both of them through a beautiful forest of mixed human and natural use.
The departure from the village of Soto will be slow, as we will stop several times to analyze what the landscape offers us; the meadows, the orchards, the traditional architecture (houses and stables), the ethnographic elements (mills, granaries...), the location of the village... We will talk about the Asturian peasantry, the arrival of industrialization in these valleys, and the social and cultural shock it entailed, as well as its manifestations in the landscape and architecture.
In the forest, we will analyze the sustainable use of the forest; we will stop at the "castañeu", we will talk about "les cuerres", we will see the different uses of the forest and the morphology of the Asturian forests will help us depending on the species and their management that we observe. At the same time, there will be time for the recognition of the different plant species that populate this beautiful place, as well as the fauna.
The medicinal plants and their use will introduce us to the "old apothecary".
The village of Ladines, in the upper part of the valley, is perhaps one of the most beautiful and best located of the entire park. Like Soto, it will also be the subject of analysis and explanations that will complement what we have already seen.
Its strategic location will provide us with impressive views that will introduce us to the geology of this natural space.
The return to the starting point will serve as a reflection and internalization of everything learned during the route.
