Some tips that can help you in your adventure in nature

- Free camping is not allowed within the boundaries of the Protected Area.   - Motor vehicles are not allowed on roads and trails with restricted access.   - If you are planning to go on a hike in the mountains, prepare appropriate footwear and clothing. Keep the garbage you produce in a bag and deposit it in the first container you find.   - Close the gates of livestock fences after crossing them.   - It is not advisable to drink water from streams or rivers; there are fountains in the towns and some recreational areas.   - If you are going to make a hiking route and you are a group of more than 15 people, you must request an authorization to the Territorial Service of Environment of Salamanca, Tfno: 923 296 026 (Decree 141/1998 P.O.R.N.).   - Avoid disturbing the animals that cross your path, whether they are wild or domestic. If you are not too noisy, you will see quite a few species. You should also know that if you go with your dog, you are responsible for any damage or accidents it may cause; you must keep it under control. It is forbidden to make fire inside the Protected Area. Do not uproot plants; you can always photograph, draw or observe them without further ado, both you and whoever comes after you.
