The Subbética Cordobesa is a region located in the south of the province of Cordoba, in the heart of Andalusia. Its geographical location in the center of the region, allows it to be one hour from Malaga and the Costa del Sol, Cordoba, Granada and Jaen, and less than two hours from Seville.
It has several access routes by road, the most representative are: the A-45 highway from Malaga or from Cordoba; the A-318 from Seville, A-339 that crosses the region from east to west; the A-432 which is its entrance from the north along with the A-333 to the south.

When packing your suitcase, remember that you are coming to inland Andalusia! The best time to visit us is between February and June and from the end of September to the end of December. The temperatures during the winter are not excessively cold, which allows you to enjoy our environment almost all year round. In the summer months there is always the option of renting a rural accommodation with swimming pool to cool off during the hottest hours of the day and how not to take a dip in the inland beach of Valdearenas, located in the Estacion Náutica del Lago de Andalucía, in the municipality of Iznájar where you can rent canoes, paddle surf and even take a ride on a solar boat on the largest inland lake in Andalusia.
The proximity of our villages and their good road connections, allow you to move freely. Distances are short, and our mountain ranges, rivers and natural landscapes are within easy reach.
