To get there you can use the main access roads from A Coruña or any nearby point, following the signs to the Reserve, or you have the option of public transport, such as buses or trains, to nearby towns, and then use local services to reach your destination. What type of accommodations are there in the Reserve?
You will find a variety of accommodations to suit different preferences and budgets. You can choose from hotels, hostels, cottages that offer authentic experiences in contact with nature, and be sure to make reservations in advance, especially during busy tourist periods, such as spring and summer.
What is the food like at the Reserve?
The food is notable for its focus on local and fresh produce. You can enjoy Galician gastronomic delicacies such as octopus, empanada, fresh seafood, regional fish and traditional dishes, and local restaurants often offer menus that highlight the culinary richness of the area, fusing authentic flavors with ingredients from the land and sea. To visit us it is advisable to bring comfortable clothes suitable for the Atlantic climate we have. Can I travel with a guide or better without a guide?

If you prefer the freedom to explore at your own pace and have flexibility in your itinerary, traveling without a guide may be the best option. You can use maps, hiking apps and local signage to navigate the Reserve.
How many days do I need to travel through the Reserve?
The number of days recommended to travel through our Reserve will depend on your interests and the type of activities you wish to do. For a complete experience, it is suggested to dedicate at least 3 or 4 days. This will allow you to explore the different ecosystems, hike trails, visit local villages, enjoy the local cuisine and participate in specific activities that the Reserve has to offer. Plan your itinerary according to your interests and leave enough time to appreciate the natural and cultural beauty of the area.
Is it raining a lot?
The amount of rainfall can vary according to the season. Galicia, the region where the Reserve is located, has an Atlantic climate with mild winters and cool summers. In general, a significant amount of rainfall can be expected throughout the year. If you are planning to visit, especially during the autumn and winter months, it is advisable to bring waterproof clothing and be prepared for intermittent rain. However, the beauty of the area's green landscape is due in part to the regular rainfall.
