- The meaning of the environments through which we travel is transmitted in a very pleasant way, understanding the ecosystem and landscape, its evolution and main components - The biodiversity of these protected areas, the key species of flora and fauna present, their current state of conservation and threat is explained. - The necessary behavior of the visitor in these protected areas is indicated under the premise that you should not notice that you have been there, also transferring it to the route traveled. The imperative need to carry all waste generated, including organic waste, is demanded. A cooperative group work is done by collecting all the waste that is found along the route, making an assessment of the impact caused by each one that is removed, as an exercise of environmental awareness in situ. - In addition, at the end of the field trip, the participants are encouraged to visit the village of El Barraco and get in touch with its inhabitants by walking through its streets, bars and stores, thus making the necessary link between the landscape (environment) and the people (those who live there). - The production centers of the most cutting-edge local gastronomic initiatives, with recognized international awards to their credit, which fully complete the experience enjoyed, highlighting the Don Juan del Águila Winery (PDO Cebreros), the Craft Beer Factory Raíz Cuadrada and the Elvira García Cheese Factory.
