ARDITURRI GREENWAY, AT A PEDAL STROKE

It connects the Cantabrian Sea from San Sebastian to the natural park.

The Arditurri Greenway is an open door to an encounter with nature and history; a gentle landscape of escape to territories that captivate with their richness and variety of landscapes. This exclusive path for pedestrians and cyclists allows you to cover in a few hours a distance that spans more than 2,000 years of history.

The Greenway crosses the entire region of Oarsoaldea and ends in Oiartzun, at the foot of the imposing Aiako Harria and runs parallel to the Oiartzun River, on the old railway line that linked the Arditurri mines (exploited since the first century by the Romans) with the port of Pasaia.

This green path, fully integrated in the nature of the Oiartzun Valley, is nowadays linked with the bidegorri (bicycle path) of Errenteria and Lezo, as well as with the one of Pasaia, being able to reach Donostia-San Sebastián.

Walking along the Greenway we will find different bars and restaurants of traditional cuisine, where you can enjoy the good work of their stoves.
