At Apartamentos Rurales Las Tres Peñas, we are committed to biodiversity conservation and local development in Helechosa de los Montes. To achieve this, we implement several initiatives, including:
- The names of the three apartments are taken from three areas in the village where hiking trails are available, which we encourage our guests to explore at their best times.
- We have opted for aerothermal energy for heating, cooling, and hot water. This renewable energy source is rapidly growing.
- All our taps have flow restrictors.
- The bathrooms are equipped with gel and shampoo dispensers.
- We use water from the on-site well for cleaning the patios and filling the swimming pool.

It is not allowed to cancel a reservation less than 7 days before the arrival date of the booked accommodation. If you wish to cancel a reservation, you may do so up to 7 days prior to your stay. In any case of cancellation, the amount paid will not be refunded.

Less than 7 days before, there is no refund.
