- The water in the apartments comes from a well and we have aerators on the taps, radiators with temperature regulators, dual-flush toilets, double-glazed windows, LED light bulbs, and solar panels, which allows us to optimize water and energy consumption.

- We send guests all information about the area digitally, thus avoiding the use of paper.

Camín de Muniellos rural apartments are a traditional Asturian house located in the small town of Penlés, Cangas del Narcea, nestled in the Fuentes del Narcea, Degaña and Ibias Natural Park, very close to the Muniellos Forest, Biosphere Reserve.
It is an accommodation designed for those seeking nature, tranquility and rural authenticity.
The house combines rustic architecture with a modern and comfortable interior, maintaining the essence of traditional Asturian buildings.
Its location offers wide views of the valley and the forests surrounding Penlés.
The house houses three independent apartments with four beds each, all with a 3-key category, which guarantees a level of quality and equipment.
Each apartment has a private terrace with mountain views; living room with sofa bed, television and fully equipped kitchen; spacious and bright bedrooms; full bathroom with shower; heating; wifi and all the necessary amenities for short or long stays. The garden with barbecue and children's play area is a shared space.
Our guests highlight: the impeccable cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff and the personalized attention, the views from the terrace and the tranquility of the surroundings.
Booking conditions
Reservation conditions:
Camín de Muniellos will always confirm the availability of accommodation by email to all users who make their reservation on the website and to those who contact it by phone. Likewise, the user agrees to provide the necessary data to formalize the reservation.
Camín de Muniellos undertakes to deliver the accommodation in optimal conditions and to provide solutions, as far as possible, to any problems that arise during the stay related to the accommodation.
The data that the user provides is protected by the Official Law on Protection of Personal Data.
The use and enjoyment of the extra bed without prior contracting will have to be paid for the established amount of 15E/night, regardless of the number of nights it has been enjoyed during the stay.
Payment method terms
The total amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking the accommodation.
At the time of confirmation of the reservation, a confirmation email will be sent to the user containing the information regarding the payment of this 100%. If Camín de Muniellos does not receive payment of 100% of the total amount, the reservation will be automatically canceled and the reservation request canceled.
Payment is made through a secure payment platform through the Camín de Muniellos website at the time of booking. The payment methods that the user has at their disposal are Credit Card, Bizum, Transfer or PayPal.
Camín de Muniellos does not require payment of a deposit.
Cancellation policy
You have the right to cancel your reservation at any time.
However, as indicated in article 8.1 of Decree 143/2002, of November 14, on rural tourism accommodation of the Government of Asturias, the property reserves the right to retain, as compensation for damages caused, the following percentage of the advance payment:
If you cancel before 15 days of arrival, Camín de Muniellos will proceed to return 100% of the advance payment paid.
If you cancel between 15 and 7 days before arrival, Camín de Muniellos will return 50% of the reservation advance.
If you cancel within 7 days prior to arrival, Camín de Muniellos will not refund the amount of the advance payment, which represents 50% of the total reservation for the stay.
The refund of the cancellation amount will be made by the same method that the user made the payment.
In the event that the user changes the dates of the reservation, this change will be subject to the cancellation conditions.
Arrival and departure times
Please be sure to inform us of your approximate arrival time and any delays or changes to the estimated time in order to plan your check-in.
Camín de Muniellos is available to receive the arrival of clients from 5:00 p.m.
Departure will be made before 12:00 p.m.
Upon arrival at Camín de Muniellos you will be given the keys to the apartment and all the information you need. Upon departure you must hand over these keys and make sure you have all your luggage. Camín de Muniellos is not responsible for losses or misplacements of luggage or personal items.
Coexistence rules
At Camín de Muniellos we ask our guests to take responsibility for keeping the house clean and delivering it in good condition.
No parties may be held that disrupt coexistence with other guests and may cause discomfort.
Camín de Muniellos does not allow pets.
No more people are admitted than indicated in the reservation. Any visit must be communicated in advance to the owner
