EL PASO
This traditional house is situated in the west side of La Palma in the town most wide of the island, El Paso, next to the main road which goes from Las Manchas to Los Canarios (LP-2) in the middle of a landscape which was transformed by the volcanos. El Rincón has a good location because is situated more or less at the same distance from Puerto Naos Beach, Tazacorte Beach or Mirador La Cumbrecita (a well known viewpoint in La Caldera National Park), so you have different possibilities in a short distance: walks, swim, an excursion by boat, etc.
Booking conditions
1.- To confirm the reservation, please pay the required 20% deposit of the total cost of the stay in advance, to bank account number: ES50 2100 7110 11 2200064679 ? CAIXESBBXXX
2.- Please make sure your name and reservation number appears on the bank transfer.
3.- Please ensure your deposit is paid before the deadline or your booking may be cancelled.
4.- Cancellation fees will be charged as follows: 25% of the deposit if cancelled more than 15 days before the agreed date of arrival. 50% of the deposit for cancellations made between 7 and 15 days before the agreed arrival date. 75% of the deposit for cancellations made between 6 and 4 days before the agreed arrival date. 100% if cancellation occurs within 4 days of the agreed arrival date.
5.- Should clients leave before the agreed departure date they will not have the right to claim any monies back. Should more people arrive than the booking has been made for the owner of the property reserves the right either to refuse entrance to the extra person/people or charge a supplement for the corresponding number of people.
