It has been incorporated into the list of "Information Points" of the European Charter for Sustainable Tourism in Sierra Nevada, which implies a public commitment to the responsible promotion of the territory and environmental conservation. It is a traditional house over 100 years old, located at 1,255 meters in Bayárcal, completely rehabilitated, reflecting a sustainable approach to heritage restoration. It is located in the heart of the Sierra Nevada, next to hiking and mountain biking trails and close to ski resorts such as Puerto de la Ragua. It promotes low-impact experiences in nature and also houses an orchard with walnut and fig trees, promoting local biodiversity, contributing to the landscape and possible food for the accommodation. In addition, it is an ideal starting point for: hiking along the GR 7, cycling routes and observation of flora and fauna.

Located in the municipality of Bayarcal, at an altitude of 1,255 meters, this traditional house, more than 100 years old but completely renovated, welcomes you.
A few kilometers from the cross-country ski resort of Puerto de la Ragua.
Whether it is for a day, a weekend, an adventure vacation or a few days of relaxation, you will find yourself in a comfortable atmosphere in an unsuspected environment in these latitudes of southern Spain, surrounded by mountains and breathtaking nature: it is the ideal place to explore the Alpujarra.
Distributed on two floors, on the first floor you will find the living room, the kitchen and a bathroom with a large bathtub. From the living room there is access to the orchard, with a large walnut and fig tree, from which you can enjoy splendid views of the valley, and on clear days you can see the sea.
Upstairs there are three double bedrooms, two with twin beds and one with a double bed, and a bathroom with shower.
Booking conditions
Booking conditions: prepayment of 50% of the refundable stay for cancellations received at least 7 days prior to arrival date. during long weekends, Christmas and Easter week, prepayment of the total amount of the reservation is required and only 50% will be refunded for cancellations received 15 days prior to arrival date.
HIGH SEASON: 01/NOVEMBER TO 31/MARCH:
WEEKEND: 240 EUROS, FULL WEEK: 500 EUROS.
LOW SEASON: 01 APRIL TO 30 OCTOBER:
WEEKEND: 200 EUROS, FULL WEEK: 400 EUROS.
