At Molino de Santa Águeda, we are fully aware of the need to care for the environment and respect our surroundings. That is why we take measures to help reduce the impact of our activity, reducing our consumption of energy, water, and other resources. These include:
- We provide materials and information about the Granada Geopark so that visits to this UNESCO-designated protected area are as respectful and enriching as possible.
- The installation of a type C electric car charger, recycling systems for oil, glass, paper, and plastic, a regenerative vegetable garden, a compost bin, and solar lighting.
- We know that sustainable tourism can contribute to the development of our region, which is why we encourage all our customers to join us in this commitment by using water and energy responsibly, buying local products, and visiting traditional artisans and producers.

Molino de Santa Águeda. Located at the entrance to the Sierra Nevada National Park, at an altitude of 1,250 meters. The ideal place to disconnect from everyday life, enjoy wonderful trails, or spend a few days with friends and/or family. The charm of our surroundings.
The Molino de Santa Águeda is a 100-year-old building that has been renovated, preserving its charm without sacrificing comfort and convenience. It consists of a reception area and four independent dwellings, all equipped with fireplaces, bathrooms, and fully equipped kitchens. They can be rented separately or together. Outside, you can enjoy spacious areas with a plentiful flow of water running underneath. Sustainable Commitment. At Molino de Santa Águeda, we choose to travel responsibly.
That is why we have an essential feature for those who travel by electric car: a type C electric car charger. We also have covered parking so that our guests can protect their cars from the elements.
Booking conditions
RESERVATIONS AND CONFIRMATION
Reservations and requests for information can be made by telephone, e-mail, or through any of the forms that Molino Santa Águeda makes available on its website. No reservation will be binding until the customer has accepted the offer and paid the deposit/reservation fee as detailed in the following point.
When formalizing the reservation, in the case of cash payment, a deposit of 100 euros, deductible from the total amount, must be paid within 72 hours by bank transfer to the account number that will be provided by email. Reservations will be confirmed by email once the payment has been received.
Molino de Santa Águeda will only confirm a reservation when it can verify that the requested deposit has been paid, at which point the reservation confirmation will be sent along with the details of the reservation. The remaining balance of the total reservation amount must be paid upon arrival at the accommodation.
Please note that the reservation will not be confirmed until Molino de Santa Águeda has received the initial deposit and the customer has received a confirmation email. If the customer cancels a reservation, there will be no charge up to 72 hours before arrival. After that, the cancellation fee will be the full amount of the reservation.
If the customer changes the dates, this will be considered a new reservation and will also be subject to the cancellation conditions. Any cancellation, including force majeure, will be subject to our cancellation policy. All cancellations or changes must be made by email. Cancellations or changes by telephone will not be accepted.
Interruption of stay No refund or credit will be given if the stay at the accommodation is interrupted. Molino de Santa Águeda's terms and conditions regarding disturbances, loud music, and parties are very clear: ALL ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Guests staying at Molino de Santa Águeda should be aware that if loud voices and music are heard and other guests or neighbors complain, this may result in immediate eviction regardless of the time of day or night. The guest will be responsible for the proper and decent behavior of all persons accompanying them. In the event that this person, or any of the accompanying persons, does not behave in an appropriate and responsible manner, Molino de Santa Águeda will have the right to ask the guest and the accompanying persons to leave the rural house without the right to claim any compensation. This also means the loss of the amount paid and the deposit.
