At Boliche del Nene, we are committed to our community and strive to offer a service with a local flavor.
That’s why we’ve taken steps to achieve this:
- We prioritize the use of local and seasonal products, which make up more than 80% of our menu. In addition, we incorporate seasonal items not listed on the menu (such as salmorejo, mushrooms, ratatouille, or meats) and work with local suppliers.
- We promote the reduction of food waste by providing Tupperware-style containers so customers can take home their leftovers.
