At Boabdil Restaurant, we have been committed since our inception to sustainable cuisine based on locally sourced and seasonal ingredients, working closely with local farmers, ranchers, and small-scale producers. We are members of Sabor Granada, which underscores our commitment to quality, the local region, and the province’s culinary identity. We prioritize locally sourced ingredients, vegetables from nearby gardens, artisanal cheeses, and extra virgin olive oil from regional cooperatives.
