At the Camping Dehesa Nueva Restaurant, we are committed to biodiversity conservation and local development in Aznalcázar, in the Doñana area. Our restaurant is part of a campground located in a large pine forest very close to the protected area, and it combines lodging, dining, and nature within a single project

We’re right in the heart of Doñana and collaborate with local initiatives and networks such as En el Corazón de Doñana, Europarc, Guadiamar Educa, and Doñana AVE.This location allows us to offer an experience rooted in the pine forest landscape and the destination itself, with nature-based activities that connect guests’ stay with the protected area

Local cuisine?Our cuisine features traditional Andalusian recipes and locally sourced ingredients, including Iberian meats from the region and fish and fried dishes typical of the area.?We also highlight dishes made from leftovers, such as croquettes made from stew, integrating local cuisine into the camping experience

A Taste of Andalusia in the Heart of Doñana
Dehesa Nueva Campground Restaurant, a business with more than 22 years of experience in the Doñana Natural Park area. The cuisine is traditional Andalusian, featuring a menu of hot and cold appetizers, house specialties, Iberian meats, rice dishes, and seafood from southern Spain.
Notable appetizers include shrimp salad, salmorejo with egg and ham, bread with gulas and black aioli, seasoned tomatoes with frigate mackerel, carbonara potatoes, crystal shrimp on a bed of roasted peppers, and scrambled eggs with garden vegetables. House specialties include the serranito, Doñana sirloin, crispy chicken, garlic shrimp, stew croquettes (made from leftovers), house-baked bread, and Iberian pork jowl. The meat section offers Iberian pork “pluma,” “secreto,” “abanico,” “presa,” and sirloin, as well as churrasco, pork loin, chicken breast, and hamburgers. Every Saturday and Sunday, they prepare fresh mixed paella, as well as Iberian ham and porcini mushroom risotto and vegetable risotto. From the sea: fried cuttlefish, tuna supreme, and assorted Andalusian fried seafood (pijota, anchovies, and marinated fish).
The restaurant is part of the Camping Dehesa Nueva complex (offering lodging in cabins, bungalows, and campsites, as well as camps and nature activities) and is a member of the “En el Corazón de Doñana” business network.
