- The meaning of the environments through which we travel is transmitted in a very pleasant way, understanding the ecosystem and landscape, its evolution and main components - The biodiversity of these protected areas, the key species of flora and fauna present, their current state of conservation and threat is explained. - The necessary behavior of the visitor in these protected areas is indicated under the premise that you should not notice that you have been there, also transferring it to the route traveled. The imperative need to carry all waste generated, including organic waste, is demanded. A cooperative group work is done by collecting all the waste that is found along the route, making an assessment of the impact caused by each one that is removed, as an exercise of environmental awareness in situ. - In addition, at the end of the field trip, the participants are encouraged to visit the village of El Barraco and get in touch with its inhabitants by walking through its streets, bars and stores, thus making the necessary link between the landscape (environment) and the people (those who live there). - The production centers of the most cutting-edge local gastronomic initiatives, with recognized international awards to their credit, which fully complete the experience enjoyed, highlighting the Don Juan del Águila Winery (PDO Cebreros), the Craft Beer Factory Raíz Cuadrada and the Elvira García Cheese Factory.
From the hand of the museum guides, who know how to interpret in a very simple way the most relevant of the Historical Heritage of El Barraco, walking from the Town Hall, the street of Santa Teresa and down to the Church of Our Lady of the Assumption (S. XVI), visitors will enter into an exciting historical context while touring this small Castilian village. Celts-Vettones who left their mark in boars sculpted in granite and even in the coat of arms and the name of the town itself, vestiges of Muslim influence, low-medieval settlements that began to establish a permanent population in this territory, the Renaissance period, the Middle Ages, the Middle Ages, the Middle Ages and the Middle Ages.The Renaissance period of sculptural splendor, legends of the Military Thirds linked to the Invincible Armada in Flanders, Teresian wanderings and dwellings, emerging flour mill industry, ...... The surprise of this guided route through history is that a small village with about 2,000 inhabitants, has so much to tell the visitor. And as a final touch are the stores, bars and restaurants where you can take and taste the best food, souvenirs and sweets typical of the town.

Where it takes place: In the center of the town of El Barraco with access to the Parish Church (XVI century). - This is a comfortable urban walk without difficulty, with access to a Christian religious temple, so, without being too demanding, it is advisable to wear comfortable footwear and clothing for the time of year in which it is done and appropriate to the circumstances.
- It is allowed and recommended to bring a camera. If you are not an amateur photographer, a cell phone camera can be used. If you share your experience in social networks we will be enormously grateful.
