Welcome to La Palma.
We will accompany you to your accommodation in the heart of the island, where nature and silence set the pace.
On the first day, we will hold a welcome briefing where we will explain the day-to-day details of your trip and an initial observation and photography workshop led by a professional photographer.
During the expedition, we will teach you how to capture the best images of La Palma's landscapes. We know the terrain and will take you to the perfect place at the right time. You will explore laurel forests, lava flows, the best viewpoints, and natural landscapes that reveal the immense diversity of this unique Biosphere Reserve.
You will learn to read the light, understand contrasts, work with shadows, and discover the unique nuances of the island landscape.
We will capture the deep blues of the coast and the ocean, and at nightfall you will practice long exposure photography to immortalize one of the purest skies on the planet, home to one of the best Milky Ways visible to the naked eye. You are in a Starlight Reserve and Destination.
In the most recent volcanic landscapes, you will learn to work with whites, blacks, reliefs, and minimalist composition to express the power of a land that continues to be born and transformed.
Before the expedition ends, you will share a post-editing and image selection workshop with our expert landscape photography guide.
