Our ecotourism commitment:

At Bodegas Anchurón, sustainability and contributing to the conservation of biodiversity is not just a goal—it is an obligation and a legacy for the future. That is why we take several actions:

- We do not use high-voltage power, opting instead to generate our own electricity using renewable sources.

- Our vineyards are a testament to our dedication to quality and the care we take in the winemaking process. Each grape is cultivated with love and attention, ensuring controlled, high-quality production in all our wines.

- Our commitment to sustainability is reflected in our adherence to the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations 2030 Agenda, the Circular Economy, the European Green Deal, and other initiatives such as Smart Territories.

Discover unique wines in an unexpected setting

In a little-known corner of the municipality of Darro, within the Granada Geopark, lies Bodega Anchurón: a family-run winery that captivates visitors from the very first moment with its location and the way the landscape is woven into every stage of the winemaking process.

The experience begins at the winery’s entrance, where Luis Miguel or his father personally welcome visitors. Depending on the season and weather, the visit may include a walk through the vineyard, where the trellis and double-cordon training systems are explained—a technique that promotes plant ventilation and fruit balance. Here, in an open and unique setting, visitors understand how the orientation, soil, and climate of the Granada highlands directly influence the character of the wine.

The tour continues in the winery, partially excavated into a semi-cave, where the earth itself helps maintain the coolness and stability necessary for winemaking. There, the production and aging process is explained before moving on to a guided tasting of four wines, accompanied by tapas and cured meats selected to enhance each nuance.

An intimate and authentic experience that invites you to discover an unexpected region and to understand wine as a direct expression of a unique landscape.
