Our ecotourism commitment:

Naturanda is a company authorized to conduct interpretive tours and activities in the Doñana Natural Area, working with a team of guides specializing in nature and cultural tourism. We develop sustainable activities that highlight Doñana’s biodiversity and heritage, and we are firmly committed to the region. Here are a few examples:

- Connection to the protected area: We collaborate with the Doñana Natural Park, employ guides accredited by the park, and offer interpretive tours of Doñana’s flora and fauna.

- Environmental Stewardship: Our activities are limited to small groups; we minimize the use of plastics as much as possible; and we provide environmental management training to our staff.

- Support for local development: We hire local guides, collaborate with local businesses, and promote local products.

Discover the heart of Doñana

The tour of Doñana National Park and El Rocío is conducted in 4×4 vehicles and offers a fully immersive experience in nature led by a specialized guide; it lasts approximately 10 hours.

Along the way, you’ll visit unique sites such as La Puebla del Río, where you can observe numerous birds in the marshes and explore one of Europe’s most important natural environments.

The route continues to the village of El Rocío, an iconic place that preserves the essence of Andalusian tradition, with its sandy streets and famous sanctuary, the center of one of the country’s most popular pilgrimages.

During the day, participants also explore different ecosystems within the park, including the gallery forest near the Palacio del Acebrón, where an interpretive hiking trail allows them to discover the local flora and fauna.

The experience is rounded out with a visit to Doñana’s pristine beach, known for its vast shifting dunes, where it’s even possible to take a swim if conditions permit.

At the end of the day, the return to the trail’s starting point offers the chance to spot large mammals such as deer, foxes, or wild boars—and, with a bit of luck, the iconic Iberian lynx.
