All the services that surround our activity are directly involved in the natural space of the Garrotxa. The conservation of nature and the responsible use of its resources, as well as the dissemination of these values, are present in all the activities of the company. Our goal is to create the minimum negative impact on the local, social, environmental and economic environment, the philosophy of Km 0 and the valuation of the resources of the territory, are some of the guidelines that we take into account in our day to day and that we encourage our users. We strive to implement actions that benefit our staff, community and the planet.practical application of our policy of ecological and social principles:We seek involvement and participation in popular activities that promote the preservation of our territory.we collaborate with organizations and companies in the territory with which we share objectives to enjoy nature in a respectful way.the range of routes for hiking or cycling, especially family, are created by the Camping itself in response to the values of the territory.We collaborate in projects focused on giving opportunities to groups at risk of social exclusion.we provide service and put our resources in activities for people with reduced mobility or special needs.we organize our projects reducing the CO? footprint to the maximum.the maintenance of the campsite is done with traditional methods and natural products.within the company, we practice the classification of waste and the use of biodegradable products, as well as the responsible use of energy and water.we promote a healthy life in contact with the natural environment.

Camping Natura is an ideal place to enjoy nature in the Garrotxa, a region of Catalonia with a great natural wealth. The campsite is located in the Natural Park of the Volcanic Zone of the Garrotxa, an area that is home to a variety of volcanoes, forests and lakes.
The campsite has 117 landscaped plots, as well as the possibility of renting bungalows, mobile homes or fixed caravans. The common facilities of the campsite include bathrooms and toilets, laundry rooms, a social area for activities and barbecues.
The campsite is located in a quiet and well communicated area. It is close to the village of Les Preses, where there are a variety of services, such as restaurants, stores and supermarkets. The city of Olot, capital of the region, is only 5 km away.
From the campsite you can enjoy various activities such as hiking, cycling, climbing and fishing. The campsite also offers guided tours of the area.

Camping Les Preses Natura wishes you a pleasant stay. We thank you for respecting our neighbors, our staff, the facilities and the environment in general. We are at your disposal to solve any aspect that is in our hands.
The family nucleus is considered to be those who live in the house of the owner registered at the reception.
For descriptive purposes, the mobile homes are called: Rental equipment.
The added taxes (VAT and Tourist Tax) will be those in force at the time of the stay.
The regulations applied in Camping Les Preses Natura, is the current official regulations of the Generalitat de Catalunya, supplemented by the regulations of the campsite (which is available to interested parties at the reception). In summary it is the following:
OPENING AND OPENING HOURS:
From June 17 to September 11: open every day.
During the middle and low seasons: open on weekends, long weekends and holidays, with the following schedules:
- Friday and holiday evenings: open from 4:00 pm.
- Sunday or end of holiday: closing at 20:00 h. From May onwards, at 21:00 h.
- From Christmas to Epiphany: closed.
RECEPTION / REGISTRATION / DEPOSIT:
- Open from 9:00 h to 21:00 h. Economic formalities from 10:00 h until 20:00 h.
- Low and mid season (Saturdays and Sundays): closed from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
- It is mandatory that all persons entering the campsite facilities must register beforehand at the reception desk, both overnight guests and visitors without overnight stay.
- Early departure before the reserved days will not imply the refund of the amount paid for the stay.
ENTRANCE AND EXIT OF VEHICLES:
- The entrance gate is closed from 12 noon to 8 am. If you need to enter or leave during this time, you must request authorization at the reception desk.
- At midnight the entrance gate will be closed and the pedestrian access gate will be opened until 1:30 am.
- At 6:30 a.m. the pedestrian access door will open. The entrance gate will open at 8:30 am.
- Vehicles must carry the CAR TICKET provided by the reception, in a visible way, inside the campsite.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT:
- Rental equipment: Admission from 4:00 p.m. onwards. Check out before 12:00 h.
- Pitches: Admission from 4:00 p.m. onwards. Departure (leaving the site) before 12:00 noon.
- Early check-in at 10:00 a.m. and late check-out at 6:00 p.m. is only allowed subject to availability and upon payment of the corresponding fee.
RENTAL EQUIPMENT:
- It is mandatory to return the rental equipment collected and tidy, as it was delivered.
- The loss of the key of the equipment will imply a payment of 10&euro.
- The stay in the rental equipment implies a deposit of 50€ (in cash or by credit card) which will be paid or cancelled the day of departure, once the equipment has been checked and according to the state of the equipment.
BARBECUES:
The campsite has two communal barbecues to which it is only necessary to provide charcoal. High barbecues in good conditions are allowed in the plots. It is not allowed to light fires on the ground.
VEHICLES AND BICYCLES:
All vehicles will limit their speed to 10 km/hour. It is not allowed to park on empty plots or on other clients' plots.
REST:
It is mandatory to preserve the privacy of neighbors throughout the day (volume of music, TV, chats, dogs).
From 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. absolute silence must be respected.
GARBAGE:
Selective collection and deposit in the corresponding containers is mandatory.
PETS:
The campsite accepts pets, both in camping stays and in the rental equipment. The specific regulations for pets must be respected. We emphasize that within the campsite, pets must always be leashed with short mail and be within the plot (under the responsibility of the owner of the animal). You can take them for a walk and do their needs outside the campsite, picking them up when the pet is finished.
Animals must always be accompanied by the responsible owner and properly vaccinated.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The basic rules of coexistence, ethics, decency and public order must be respected.
- It is necessary to respect the environment and the aesthetics of the campsite, trees and vegetation.
- It is not allowed to move earth or mount elements or structures that distort the environment or hinder maintenance work.
- In case of any damage to the facilities and / or accommodation due to misuse by the user, the user must pay the cost of the damage at the reception.
Camping les Preses Natura is not responsible for:
- Theft, robbery, disappearance of bicycles or other objects outside the campsite.
- Wounds or injuries caused within our facilities.
- Damage caused by force majeure or not directly attributable, caused by natural elements (trees, animals, rain, wind, floods, etc.).
- Damage to any electrical appliance and / or appliance plugged in or not.
The management reserves the right of admission, cancellation and expulsion.
For objective reasons of violation of the rules of the campsite or for reasons of force majeure, the customer may be invited and / or forced to leave the campsite.
ASSISTANCE:
At the reception of the campsite there is always staff representing the management. At night there is a security guard.
The camping les Preses Natura is considered family style and quiet. However, be careful not to leave personal belongings outside or in the toilets.
