At Casa Rural del Río, we believe in responsible tourism, connected to nature and closely linked to Alozaina, the municipality where we are located. Situated in the Sierra de las Nieves mountain range, we work to reduce our environmental impact and promote a more sustainable and respectful way of traveling.
This commitment is reflected in actions such as:
- We promote sustainable mobility by providing our guests with bicycle parking on the premises and a small tool kit for basic repairs.
- We are committed to energy efficiency by using LED lighting and avoiding the use of a clothes dryer to reduce energy consumption.
- We participate in initiatives aimed at the regeneration and conservation of the Spanish fir (pinsapo), contributing to the protection of this emblematic species of great ecological value to the Sierra de las Nieves.
- We promote a conscious and respectful stay in the natural environment and with regard to rural life in our region.
