Our project is nestled in a rural environment with its own distinct character, within the Sierra de Ricote mountains, and is designed for those seeking rest, tranquility, and a more serene connection with nature. The renovation of the house and the care taken to maintain the traditional character of the accommodation and foster an experience close to the rural environment.
2. Efficiency and Resources
We implement energy-saving measures such as LED lighting, double-glazed windows, and timers for exterior lighting to reduce unnecessary consumption and improve comfort. We also monitor consumption, are connected to the municipal sewage system, and use reusable containers and refillable dispensers to minimize waste.
3. Promoting the Region
We provide informational materials about the destination and send them digitally before arrival, along with recommendations for routes and nearby activities. We also encourage visits to nearby places without needing a private vehicle and guide our guests towards relaxing experiences connected to the Ricote Valley.
4. Local Development and Personalized Service
We prioritize local suppliers whenever possible and recommend local products and services, such as the Mari Paz bakery and other nearby resources. We also maintain close contact with our guests, providing direct information about the area and facilitating a more mindful and connected stay.

Mari Cruz, its owner, has dedicated her entire life to the world of optics and when she became a mother she decided to change her life to combine her family life with work. He found out about the LEADER project and decided to rehabilitate a rural house that he later bought around 2004/2005 and today it is the farm that we see today.
