At Casa El Níspero, we are committed to biodiversity conservation and local development on the island of La Palma, in the south. Our house promotes a stay that respects the volcanic environment, traditional architecture, and local culture, integrating the tourist experience with the conservation of the area's natural and heritage values.
1. Architecture and Heritage
We preserve heritage values ??and maintain the traditional architectural style of the house, respecting the building's unique character.
This decision contributes to preserving the character of the volcanic cultural landscape and reinforces the authenticity of the rural experience.
2. Flora and Volcanic Environment
We preserve and care for the native flora around the house, promoting local biodiversity and integrating the house into its surroundings.
Furthermore, our location in southern La Palma offers a volcanic paradise ideal for hiking, with the Volcano Route, the Teneguía Volcano, and the lighthouse with its salt flats, as well as astrotourism experiences, visits to volcanic wine cellars, and crystal-clear beaches.
3. Local Development and Community
We support the local community by consuming locally sourced products and hiring local services, ensuring that tourism has a positive impact on the local economy.
We also respect the cultural heritage and traditions of the municipality, contributing to sustainable development and promoting the unique identity of southern La Palma.

FUENCALIENTE
The rural house "El Níspero", situated in among vineyards on the side of a hill, in Las Indias, Fuencaliente, with views of the Atlantic and incredible sunsets, invites you to enjoy some days of relaxation. Its location is ideal for discovering this island.
Each detail of this house reflects the care taken by its owners, Ramón and Vina, to restore it at the end of June 2005. Where the water tank was originally, there is now an original round kitchen with a wood ceiling. There is a large lounge ideal for relaxing, a comfortable bedroom, and a bathroom and dressing room full of natural sunlight. The house also has a solarium, an outside porch with a table and small BBQ located next to the medlar tree "nispero" that gives the house its name. The situation of the house is such that from any of the rooms the beautiful views over the Atlantic, the island of El Hierro and the most unforgettable sunsets can all be enjoyed.
